Brownsville, Texas Who doesn't want sunshine, warm weather, and a chance to see the Starbase site even if it is from a distance!   Here is my idea of exploring Brownsville!  Day 1 * Morning (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM): * Breakfast (8:00 AM): Start your day with a hearty breakfast at El Ultimo Taco (Budget: $10). * Historic Brownsville Museum (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM): Explore the history of Brownsville and the Rio Grande Valley.
